Refund Policy

⚡ Digital Product — Please read before purchasing. Our PDF reports are delivered instantly after payment.

1. Nature of Our Product

Cosmic Guidance sells personalised digital numerology reports (PDF) generated instantly upon payment. Because the report is a digital product that is delivered immediately and is personalised to your name and date of birth, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

2. No Refund Policy (General)

Due to the instant digital delivery and personalised nature of our reports, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds once a PDF report has been successfully generated and downloaded.

3. Exceptions — When You Are Eligible for a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

Payment deducted but report not delivered — If your payment was successful but the PDF was not generated or downloaded due to a technical error on our end
Duplicate payment — If you were charged more than once for the same report due to a technical glitch
Payment gateway error — If Razorpay debited your account but the transaction did not complete on our system

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 days of your transaction with:

Your full name
Date of transaction
Razorpay Payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
Brief description of the issue

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is successful and the report has been generated, as the personalised digital product is delivered instantly.

7. Chargebacks

We request that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in being blocked from future purchases.
